General information
It is mandatory to accept/collect all parcels with a reservation of control made to the courier, so that if there is any damage/breakage/shortage, we can proceed with a refund.
Without this reservation of control, it will be impossible for us to make any compensation.
Orders received before 12:00 noon are generally processed in the afternoon of the same day, while those received after 12:00 noon are processed the following day.
If a problem occurs during transport and the parcel does not arrive at its destination within the expected time frame, please notify us promptly. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important: when using a coupon code, the free shipping threshold refers to the amount generated after using the coupon code.
