From the estate’s vineyards, selected Sangiovese grapes, with a small addition of Canaiolo, are hand-harvested between the second decade of September and the first of October, then fermented in stainless steel tanks for the production of Chianti Classico wine.
The wine is aged in wood and concrete for about 20 months. The individual lots are then blended in concrete vats before being bottled 4 to 6 months later.
