Description

The Canaiolo grapes, hand-harvested from the San Piero al Pino vineyard, are fermented in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation lasts about eight days at a maximum temperature of 20ยฐC.
Lively, bright, and refreshing. Medium-bodied, well-balanced, with good acidity. On the nose, aromas of ripe blood oranges and grapefruit with subtle hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, red fruits and citrus emerge, accompanied by a long and vibrant finish.
Very versatile and easy to pair with food. Excellent, for example, with prosciutto, fish dishes, chicken, and vegetarian fare.
