Tasting notes
Ruby red color with floral hints of violet on the nose. When the heat calls for lower alcohol levels, Mammolo can be an excellent alternative to Tuscan whites and rosés due to its pleasant drinkability.
Pairings
A generous grape variety, it produces wines with notable acidity but low tannin content, making them suitable for pairing with cured meats.
