The oil expresses the character of its land of origin with a spicy flavor and hints of artichoke, green leaf, and chestnut. It is distinguished by an intense green color typical of the area.
An immense pleasure for the palate, especially when paired with traditional Tuscan peasant dishes. Excellent as a dressing for legume soups, fish, and grilled meats.
