Comitale – Toscana I.G.T

Comitale is a blend of several grape varieties, including Grechetto, Vernaccia, Trebbiano, and Malvasia, sourced from a vineyard planted in 1967. In the 2024 vintage, there is a small addition of Petit Manseng, vinified separately. All grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. The must undergoes a 12-hour cold maceration and is clarified before fermentation begins, which takes place in a small temperature-controlled tank using indigenous yeasts. Bottling without filtration occurs during the winter months following the harvest.
